I connect your domain, test the forms and hand everything over. Pay the balance and it's yours.
How payment works
$0 upfront, pay at launch
During the launch offer there's no deposit. You see the finished site on a private preview link, and pay in full once you're happy and it's ready to go live.
10% to start, the rest at launch
A small deposit books your spot and work begins. The other 90% is due when the finished site is ready to go live.
Pay by bank transfer or card
Australian clients pay by normal bank transfer to an Australian account, with the BSB and account number on your invoice. No international fees. Prefer Visa or Mastercard? I'll send a secure PayPal invoice, and you don't need a PayPal account to pay it.
Three rounds of changes
Each plan includes three rounds of revisions. Anything new beyond the agreed plan gets its own quote first.
90 days of free fixes
Your site is covered for 90 days after launch. If a form, a link or the layout on a phone stops working the way it did at launch, I'll sort it out free of charge. New pages, content changes and problems caused by someone else's edits are quoted separately.

Domain and email prices depend on the provider and the ending (.com, .com.au and so on). I'll recommend the cheapest sensible option for you.
Questions
Do I have to pay you every month?
No. You pay for the build once. Most small sites can then run on free hosting, so your only ongoing cost is the domain name, paid yearly to the registrar.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, some photos of your work, and the basics about what you do and where. If writing isn't your thing, I can help turn a few notes into the words for each page.
Can I update the site myself later?
For small edits, I'll show you how. For anything bigger, send me what you'd like changed and I'll quote a fixed price first. There's no retainer.
Do you build online shops?
A small range of products or services with Stripe or PayPal checkout fits the Custom plan. A larger store with stock tracking gets its own quote.
What's the catch with $0 upfront?
There isn't one. I'm building my client list and portfolio, so my first 5 clients get half price and I take the risk instead of you. I build the site on a private preview link, you ask for changes, and you only pay once you're happy with it. After payment I connect your domain and hand everything over.
I already have a website. Can you fix or redo it?
Yes. Send me the address and what's wrong with it. Some sites just need a tidy-up and a speed fix, others are better rebuilt. I'll tell you which and quote both if it's close.
Where are you based?
I'm Australian and work remotely on Perth time (UTC+8). I work with clients in Australia, Asia, the UK and the US. Everything is handled by email and in writing, so you always have a record of what we agreed.
